How to prepare
To get the most efficient results through the Microfresh program we highly recommend the following preparations be made before your scheduled day
The product we use kills viruses bacteria and mold on contact. We ask that all surfaces be wiped clean and clear of dust and debris
You may have noticed on the kill list the column listed as "contact time" we also refer to this as the dwell time "The time it takes our product to effectively sanitize and disinfect. For this reason we highly recommend once a microfresh tech enters the area that has been chosen for sanitization it be left vacant for 60 minutes. This gives the product time to do what it needs to do " sanitize and disinfect"
We believe we are using the safest and best product that sanitizes and disinfect as well as safe for you and your family. the only effect that chlorine dioxide has on any known material is wool. we would like to request that you have no wool of any kind exposed during the microfresh visit and to inform the tech before the process begins
Our pets are like family, but when a stranger enters your private home it is the natural instinct for your dog to protect. We request that your dog not be in the area where sanitizing is being conducted. Microfresh techs will be wearing masks, gloves as well as shoe protectors and the sound of the electrostatic sprayer may frighten your pet and may cause harm to the microfresh tech.
Ceiling Fans and Air Conditioners
In order to maximize the coverage of product in the designated space it is highly recommended that all air circulating devices be shut off during the spraying process as well as during the dwell time. Circulating devices include ceiling fans, air conditioners, portable fans and the like. We want to the electrostatic sprayer to give your space the best coverage possible
